Course Overview
In the Empower Analyst training, you will learn to use the software confidently and efficiently for your analyses in accordance with GMP guidelines. The course covers the essential functions of Empower, going beyond the basics – with more practical examples, in-depth exercises, and application-oriented tasks. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire analysis process, from data collection to reporting, and be able to immediately apply what you’ve learned in your daily lab work, all while adhering to the applicable GMP regulations.
Target Audience
The course is designed for both beginners with no prior knowledge and users with some experience in Empower who wish to deepen their knowledge systematically. It is especially suitable for lab personnel who conduct analyses in GMP-environment and want to use Empower confidently in their daily work.

Online training

16 hours (4 sessions of 4 hours each)
The training can be customized to fit your schedule: either as an intensive two-day course, saving you time and simplifying your workflow planning, or as four separate 4-hour sessions on different days in an online format. This structure promotes better retention of the material and facilitates learning.
Each session includes short breaks to give participants a chance to recharge. Our training is designed to ensure that participants easily understand the content and can deepen their knowledge through hands-on exercises.
Theory & Practice, Live Demonstrations
Our training has a strong focus on the practical application of the Empower software, which is why the theoretical part is kept brief. The emphasis is on working directly within the software: the trainer demonstrates the steps live, while participants follow along and perform their own exercises. This interactive format ensures that participants feel confident using the software after the training and can directly apply what they’ve learned to their daily work.
After the training, participants will receive a detailed presentation containing all the key content and materials. This presentation serves as a valuable guide to help refresh your knowledge. We place great emphasis on the quality of our presentations, ensuring they are well-structured, clear, and helpful.
Additionally, we provide a summary of the explanations, notes, and questions discussed during the training.
All participants will also receive a certificate confirming the successful completion of the training and documenting their newly acquired skills.
