One of the important features of 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱𝘀 in Empower is 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗢𝗳𝗳𝘀 – electronic signatures that let you sign results directly from your reports.

To use 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗢𝗳𝗳𝘀 in a report, you need two things:

1️⃣ Insert the 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗢𝗳𝗳 𝗧𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 into your report method – typically on the last page.

2️⃣ Enable 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗢𝗳𝗳𝘀 in the 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 by checking the box “Allow this method to be used in Sign Off.”

⚠️ Note: if you make any changes to the report method afterward, 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗢𝗳𝗳𝘀 will be disabled automatically. That’s why this should always be the last step before saving your report method.
