When peaks run into each other, you’ve got options to separate them:

👉 Or skim them apart with an integration event in your processing method.

There are 3 skim events you can use:

• Tangential Skim – separates rider peaks from a parent peak with a tangential line – available in Traditional & ApexTrack.
• Exponential Skim – separates peaks using an exponential curve – only with the Traditional algorithm.
• Gaussian Skim – uses a Gaussian curve to split peaks based on the big peak’s shape – ApexTrack-only.
